|New graduate assistants, fellows, and trainees||
You must enroll to receive benefits.
|Current GAHP members (with no enrolled dependents)||
You do not need to re-enroll. Your enrollment will automatically continue next term, as long as you remain an eligible graduate assistant, fellow, or trainee.
|Current GAHP members (with enrolled dependents)||
You must re-enroll yourself and your dependents at the start of the academic year.
|GAHP members enrolled in the Continuation of Coverage option (with or without dependents)||
You must re-enroll during open-enrollment to remain on the Continuation of Coverage option.
Open Enrollment Dates
The first 31 days of coverage every fall semester or within 14 days of your appointment start date.
If you miss the enrollment deadline, your coverage will begin on the date the Office of Student Health Benefits receives your completed enrollment request forms.
