The Voluntary Student Dental Plan (VSDP) will not be offered for the 2019-2020 plan year. If you are currently enrolled in the VSDP, your coverage will terminate on August 31, 2019.
Step 1: Complete an enrollment form
to request enrollment in the Voluntary Student Dental Plan.
The deadline to enroll in the VSDP for spring semester is February 7. The cost of the plan is $496. For students who are enrolled both fall and spring semesters, the premium will be billed in two installments of $248.
Step 2. Update MyU Student Center
Make sure your U.S. mailing address is up-to-date. This is the address to which your dental plan card and information will be mailed. Go to the MyU Student Center and click on "My Info". Under "Address", update your mailing address.
